What we collect

We collect information you provide directly (account details, club submissions, reviews, newsletter email addresses) and limited technical data (anonymized page-view counts, browser user agent, and a hashed IP address used only for aggregate analytics).

How we use it

To operate the directory, show club owners aggregate traffic to their listings, process payments through Stripe (we never store card numbers), send transactional and — if you opt in — newsletter emails, and improve the site.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, authentication by Clerk, and email delivery by Resend; each processes data under its own privacy policy. Equipment pages may contain affiliate links — retailers may know a visit came from PongPages, but receive no personal information from us.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and request deletion of your account or data by emailing hello@pongpages.org.
